Q&A Gym Laird class structure

John asks about current class programming at Gym Laird Strength and Conditioning.  John bought Bootcamp in a box.   Some things I didn't cover in video, class is a general strength and conditioning program.  Anyone that wants to do barbell lifts or has specific performance goals does a combination of semi-privates and class.  Clients end class with a reset or some form of relaxation drill.

One of my favorite GHR variations, one of my soccer girls does a great job with it, notice the reach, she does an excellent job of not extending through the low back at the top.
